Bernie is an executive with extensive CPG experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management positions. Bernie previously was CEO of Squatty Potty and is overseeing the transition of the company post-sale until the end of the year. Prior, Bernie was COO of Bedrock Brands, a portfolio company managing brands like St. Joseph Aspirin and Digel. Prior to that he was the EVP / GM of Ilex Consumer Products Group. Bernie was also President of Ashland Hardware, a B2B Business of Newell Rubbermaid. He also spent over 15 years in various roles with Black & Decker including Sales, Marketing and Executive Management. Bernie’s experience at managing and growing CPG companies has led to creating significant value for owners and management.
